Here you can read which data Rijschool Matchmaker collects about you, what we use it for and what rights you have. We keep it as clear as we can. This is a translation of the Dutch text; if the two differ, the Dutch version applies.

2Which data we collect
We only process the data you give us yourself, or that is needed to make our website work.

3What we use your data for
- To match you with an instructor and arrange your trial lesson and lessons. This is necessary to perform our agreement with you.
- To call you back or answer your question. We do this because you ask us to.
- To send you the newsletter. Only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email.
- To publish your review on our website. Only with your consent, showing your first name and town. We never publish your email address.
- To keep our records. We are legally required to keep invoices and payments.
We never sell your data and do not use it for purposes other than those listed above.
4Who we share your data with
We only share your data where it is necessary:
- Your driving instructor or driving school, so they can contact you, pick you up and schedule your lessons.
- The CBR, through your instructor, when they apply for your exam.
- Our payment provider Mollie B.V., to process your payment.
- Formsubmit (formsubmit.co), which sends the messages from our forms to our mailbox. This service is based in the United States.
- Our hosting provider Hoasted, where our website and email are hosted.
- The Dutch Land Registry (PDOK): when you enter your postcode and house number, we look up your street and town there. Only your postcode and house number are sent for this.
With parties that process your data on our behalf we make agreements about security and confidentiality.
5How long we keep your data

6Under 16?
Are you under 16? Then you need permission from your parent or guardian to give us your data, for example for the newsletter.
7How we protect your data
Our website uses a secure connection (https). Only staff and instructors who need your data can access it. Do you think your data is not properly secured or is being misused? Then contact us straight away.
8Your rights
You have the right to:
- view your data;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- object to the use of your data, or have that use restricted;
- obtain your data in order to take it to another party;
- withdraw your consent, for example for the newsletter or your review.
Send your request to info@rijschoolmatchmaker.nl. We reply within one month. Are you unhappy with how we handle your data? Then you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
